The easiest way to avoid back pain

When back pain expert, and I’m not here offers, but I was in private practice since 1991. So I’ve seen a lot of back pain patients, and it is a simple way to avoid back pain now and in the future.

The simple question is:
Make sure all the right questions, the cause of your back pain and make sure you are 100% better before you decide to do excessive physical. Why?
I see a lot of people who suffered from back pain, start to feel better and they suddenly think it is perfectly okay to lift heavy objects again. Or they take a fitness studio membership, making the garden, play sports, etc. What you do is make sure that your back pain is completely gone and that all your muscles and joints are working correctly – then start heavy exercise or activity.
This does not mean you should remain immobile until all your back pain. You should still go for walks and have some of the routes to help remove your back pain. But not overly done, until all your back physical problems were corrected.
The problem with most people who have back pain is that it is only a part of the problem. They are the muscles tense, but not to other causes for your back pain.
There are 4 main issues that lead to back pain:
1. Tight muscles – The most frequently targeted by tense muscles, however, are only a small factor for back pain. Tight muscles will cause 90% of the pain, but only about 20% of the causal factors.
2. Weak Muscles – rarely treated as you think in general you have to join a fitness studio. In fact, weak muscles relate to a bad nerve and blood supply, in terms of their structural strength.
3. Common imbalances – a combination of the spine and pelvis that when out of balance can muscles to tighten and weaken. This is the main cause of back pain and needs addressing the most.
4. Inflammation – treated with either medication or natural remedies. It appears only when the joints or muscles are over traumatized. Easy to remove, but only a small cause of back pain.
To remove all your back pain issues you need all these factors. Once all these have been eliminated then start back into your normal routine of abuse your body physically.
If you do not have to eliminate all factors that in your back pain, your back pain will return. As you age, there will be more frequent and stronger. You can finally have a life of constant back pain and may even need surgery. So my advice is again …
Before you attempt to do any physical activity – make sure you remove all your back pain. You can learn something to do yourself at home and simplify your back pain once and for all.
